Most people, at some point, feel helpless, hopeless, frustrated, stuck, scared, or angry, but often don’t feel like they have a safe space or someone they trust to talk about it.
You’re not alone in this!

I want to hear your story, in your words, at your pace.
You deserve to feel seen, heard, and understood—not judged or fixed, but truly met where you are.

I bring empathy, compassion, and deep care to our work together.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season, unpacking pain from the past, or simply trying to make sense of what you’re feeling;  I’ll be right here with you.

This is your time.
And I will be fully present, for you and with you, every step of the way.

Who I Am in the Room

I believe that genuineness and humor are two of the most powerful tools I bring into the therapy space. These qualities help clients feel at ease, disarmed in the best way, and ready to engage in the real work. If we can laugh together, chances are we’ll soon be able to share in grief, joy, anger, fear, and hope and everything in between.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that authentic relationship is the foundation of healing. While therapeutic techniques and clinical theories matter, research shows that it’s the connection between you and your therapist that makes the biggest difference. As Scott Miller, PhD, reminds us:
“The therapeutic relationship contributes a hefty 30% to outcome in psychotherapy, making it a far more critical factor than either therapeutic technique or expectancy.”

My innate skill is being fully present, attuned to your emotional experience, and able to help you clarify what you want and how we’ll get there - together. I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, I focus on building a genuine, collaborative relationship that supports your goals and honors your pace.

This work is yours—but you don’t have to do it alone. I'm here to walk beside you with curiosity, compassion, a little humor, and a lot of respect.
