Most people experience feeling
helpless, hopeless, frustrated, stuck, scared, and angry; yet often do not feel they can or have someone to discuss these feelings.

I want to hear you and your story. I will meet you with empathy, compassion, and care for your wellbeing. I am able to hear you and see you authentically in a way you may have not felt heard and seen before.

This is your time, and I will be fully present with you and for you.

I think genuineness and probably my humor are two of my best attributes I bring into the therapeutic process. These qualities help my clients align with me and feel comfortable and at ease. If we can laugh, we will soon be able to share in other emotions together.

The ability to build an authentic relationship with you is my innate expertise. I am able to be present and understand you, your emotional experience, and identify how I can assist in facilitating your desired change and completing your goals.

While the therapeutic interventions used and philosophies held are valuable, what studies show is the relationship between you and your therapist is the key to a transformative experience.

“the therapeutic relationship contributes a hefty 30% to outcome in psychotherapy, making it a far more critical factor than either therapeutic technique or expectancy."  Scott Miller, PhD
